Good food, great service :)
Typical mall food, a bit on the expensive side for my East Coast mind. My wife's burger was good, my son and I had chicken tenders and found them to be soggy, somewhat under cooked. The fries were good. Didn't try the Cole slaw just not a fan. Not a fan of the Raspberry Tea and I gotta tell ya nowhere in the Costa Mesa area not a single restaurant has Sweat Tea. Apparently it's just not a thing here.
They have outside seating and our little dog was able to sit with us. Food and service were great!
Simple classic American diner. Good food typical of what you would expect. Classic American cheeseburger was good but nothing special, fries are free-flow! Caesar salad was tasty but grilled chicken was a tough and dry. Overall enjoyed my time there and would pop in for a quick stop.
Always a good time here. The food is delicious. The staff is very attentive.I would have given a 5 however the burger meat was tasteless, it needed seasoning. In the past it's been seasoned well. Not sure why it wasn't this time.Other than that, It was a great meal. Will definitely come back for more...
Pleasantly surprised. It beat searching for a decent place for a burger after shopping all day. It's very conveniently located that way. The soft drinks were good. The food was good. I'll stop in again.
Well finally curiosity got the best of me and ventured for a lunch here. I hadBy far one of the worst burger ever, that is telling for a diner chain, whose menu is 30% burger varieties. The burger and everything in it was dull and tasteless!Any of the cheap burger chains have tasted far better. All in all it was a pricy experience for naught in the swanky south coast plaza!
Service was very good. Attentive to their customers. Food delivered quick and hot. Refills on drinks were quick. Prices very reasonable. Will return here often.
Me and my children didn't enjoy our lunch because it was freezing. The air conditioning it's ON even in winter ❄️❄️❄️..I ask the manager to switch it off and he answered that one clients was hot so they had to turn it on...poor answer, poor service. NOT recomendable to go with families.
I've never had a bad experience at a ruby's. The food is always good for burgers and fries. I had a mushroom Swiss burger and garlic fries it was cooked to perfection. I love there malts and shakes and I really enjoy the cardboard cut out of cars they give to kids to keep them busy. Only bad thing I experienced was there card reader and system was down no fault of there own these things happen. It just happened to happen during rush hour lunch.
