I am so relieved to have found this bakery! My kids and I have been looking for Princess cake for several years. I don’t know what took me so long to find Poul’s Bakery, considering it’s been around since 1955! Princess cake happens to be their specialty which is wonderful news for us! The service is excellent, personalized and very accommodating. I tried the cannoli with chocolate chip filling and pistachio topping, and it was hands down one of the best desserts I’ve ever eaten! So was the Princess cake with housemade marzipan yum. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be a regular from here on out.

I looked all over the place to find a bakery that made Boston cream pie when I stumbled on to poul’s bakery. This was hands down the best Boston cream I have ever tasted. The baker was so sweet and I love supporting family owned businesses. Thank you for making my beautiful cream pie.
Poul’s is the best place! They did my wedding cake many years ago!! Today my son gets cannolis for his girlfriend from Poul’s! I will never go anywhere else!
I ordered the cannolis from Poul’s Bakery and I must say delicious. I’m originally from NY and they taste very similar. Everyone whom ate it loved the taste. Will def be coming back soon.
So DELICIOUS.... it was worth the long drive and stuck in traffic. Customer service was great..she was so friendly..cannolis are so delicious (Best in the West) and angel cookies are addicting. We drove all the way from Victorville and will be doing it more often.

We always order our cakes from Poul’s! Thankfully Ayliz turned this around for us in a day! It was delicious as always but I also recommend their burnt almond cake and also their vanilla cake! Ayliz is very nice, gives great customer service and the prices are very reasonable.
I have ordered many items from this bakery. All orders have been delicious and well received. Most recently we ordered the Strawberry Shortcake and it received overwhelming praise! The ingredients are all fresh and naturally flavored. They are accommodating to any type of request and are very easy to work with. I highly recommend this talented and trustworthy bakery.
I'm one of those REAL picky people when it comes to pastry. I live on the other coast where IMO one can find the real deal easier. So finding this place a few years ago was like hitting gold. Amazing pastry ?. Lovely owner and as I mentioned divine pastry. Just picked up my Princess cake. Can't wait....yummy...
