When I walked in, I was the only customer but wasn’t sure which table was ready (it was that dirty!) But I just really wanted to eat pho and sat anyway… I had to ask the owner to wipe the table, then he brought a rag that smelled bad. I was wearing a mask, but he wasn’t, and it made me feel uncomfortable. They increased the prices - the menu photos I saw were old - pho is around $13 now. It tasted ok, but most of the leaves were not fresh. I’m still giving two stars because I feel bad they are probably not doing well with their business, but they should definitely improve.
Meh service, pho had hot water instead of broth and chicken was razor thin. Egg rolls looked like they were oven baked.
Open less than a week, and the lids on the sauces were filthy. This is a family run restaurant, and I watched them clean the tables with the same wet rag, no sanitizing in this place. No masks worn by workers either, I have no problem with the mismatched used chairs they bought, but they were absolutely filthy, I complained about that and the woman said they hadn't had a chance to clean them yet. She came out with the same rag she used on tables. The portion of BBQ pork was extremely small for $11. and not very hot. I was the only customer so it is not like they were too busy to clean up. Will NOT return and do NOT recommend. Bummer.
Newly open, but the service was fast, great, and honestly inspiring! I've been to many pho places and they DEMAND tip and don't even give proper customer service. But at pho hub I was welcomed in, the food was great, and the owner was very kind. Even having a full restaurant, he was fast, kind, and was taking care of his cute daughters!
Was slow service. Pho had no taste barely any meat in it ... also got an order that had shrimp in it ... it was overcooked shrimp and the BBQ pork was undercooked. Won't be coming back not sure how ended up paying so much for very slow service and food.
For my first time there, it was really good. The service was fast and very friendly. And the food very good as well. I will definitely come back!
