Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Twice in the past week, the company's automated ordering system abruptly canceled my online order with no explanation as to why.When I contacted the store, on both occasions, the shift supervisors I spoke with were instantly dismissive and blamed the delivery service instead of taking accountability for the mishaps. They directed me to call the corporate office in Emeryville, which I did; but they were just as frustrating while copping an extreme "corporate" attitude about my experience.Notwithstanding their overall quality and having been a long-time customer (since 1978), I am now a former customer who will never do business with this sorry outfit again! Too much legitimate competition for my dollar elsewhere.
The perfect coffee place to study or hang out with family and friends. Awesome Coffee and Tea's assortments. The Customer Service by the Staff is very excellent and welcoming.Overall: A friendly atmosphere. Very cozy and warm. Beautifully decorated with modern decor and very spacious coffee shop whether inside or outside on the patio.Clean inside and also the restrooms too.I really enjoyed the flavor of Peet's more than some of its larger competitors and this location has friendly staff, healthy food options, and outdoor seating to allow you to really savor your experience .Highly recommended !!!

I love Peets coffee, and go almost anytime I get the chance. Got a whole milk Latte, and the flavor did not disappoint at all! Nice luxurious microfoam, and wonderful tasting espresso. I'm only giving this 4 stars due to the limited parking. I think there were only 4-5 spots, and those were taken. I perused the bike shop next door for a quick parking trade. Otherwise great ambience.

Love Peet's Coffee .. I consider myself a NorCal/Bay Area guy, so I love Peet's ... This particular location is a beautiful space. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Always love their coffee.
