Love that Panera has a coffee subscription for $8.99 a month for unlimited coffee for the month. They have really good hazelnut coffee. Can't go wrong with it. Plus you can come back every 2 hours for more hot or cold coffee and also hot tea.
Not very organized especially with to-go orders. If you order rapid pickup on the app, they should be putting the orders on the pickup shelf and not keeping them behind the counter for people to crowd around and ask for the order. Seems much more confusing that way and not as efficient. Just overall, organization and attentive service is lacking much more that it used to be.
The app finally works and no baguettes(sold out), not one single pastry available(also sold out). Please remove the 'bread' from your name. Panera continues its journey to bankruptcy. Great job, Shaich.
The only thing that I liked was the customer service, the cashier was pretty nice with us but I ordered a bbq salad and a rice bowl but the taste was terrible.
Ordered online for the coffee and thought it will be ready by the time we get there, but end up they only put the label on a coffee cup. But it's okay I can make my own coffee, however, all of their coffee were out.They sell you coffee subscription. Tried to use it for the first time but out of all the coffee, almond milk and milk... Disappointed.

Amazingly friendly staff. I get my ice coffee here a few times a week (coffee subscription is an amazing deal) and occasionally breakfast as well. The staff is super friendly and one particular member started greeting by name when she sees me. It’s definitely a nice way to start a long day: a cup of Joe and a nice friendly face.
The food was ok.. portions were small. The wait staff was pleasant.
Love the coffee subscription, friendly faces at this location can't say enough about how I would drive out of my way to go here! Food is always fresh and amazing as well!
