We enjoy this restaurant it has great food and friendly servers.

I have been to Norms on numerous occasions and want to express my satisfaction with the service the staff has provided every single time. On my last visit, Lisa, our waitress did a phenomenal job by her being friendly, efficient and providing a quick service. Thank you for all your hard work Lisa.

Simple and good "American food". Fast and good sized portions. (As an Scandinavian I still think the portions are oversized) Today we tried the bacon burger, and also a breakfast with hash brown and pancakes. Everything taste good. Extra plus on the French fries because they were crispy and very fresh. Try their lemonades, they are really good. Service is good and you feel welcomed.A couple of minus though....The restaurant does not feel clean and fresh, and could need a good scrub, and lots of wear and tear on the seats.Over all a nice place for a great breakfast or a simpler dinner.

2 eggs 2 bacon 2 sausage 2 pancake. CoffeeBreakfast special $7.99. sat at the counter. Really good service. I ordered a side of toast also but, it wasn't really toasted ( it was warmed up bread) needs to be toasted more.

Haven't been to a Norms in over 40 yrs, but was pleasantly surprised by this location. We went to grab lunch before I had to catch a flight.Food was good, but nothing to 'wow' about. Portions were generous for the price. Really enjoyed the 70s/80s music - brought back memories.Bathroom & overall restaurant appeared clean. Wasn't crowded when we were there. Food service could have been faster, but our server was a nice guy.I would have no hesitation returning for another meal.

Norms Restaurant in Costa Mesa was the perfect location after a day of boating in the Newport Bay. It was late afternoon, and we knew that seating would be outside. Lucky us the sun was still shining brightly and we sat under an umbrella. Three kids and three adults.....or should I say 5 adults as the older kids ate adult menu selections. No worries, it is ok to spoil the grandkids at Norms, especially when the said Norms when we had to choose our late lunch location. We were served by Oscar and we all thank him for a job well done. He even made sure that the mistake by the chef was quickly corrected. I am not dinging Norms for this error as all our food selections, including the items the hungry kids chose, came out in good order. Our drinks were refilled and we even were given cups to go where our drink glasses were still full at the end of the meals. I wish I had pictures to share, but lets just share all the ones that have already been posted by other yelpers. It is tough to run a restaurant during the crazy protocols of the Covid-19, but I can assure you that we had no issues with the way it was handled at this Norms restaurant.

We have always have Great Customer Service and the food is well cooked. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Tonight was very special. My hubby and I and our two girls were eating and a very cute couple came in together and we started to have a conversation about my girls and how pretty they are Which I Thanked the couple and also Thanked her husband for his Service and Dedication to our Country?❤??? so we paid for the dinner which it was a surprise to the couple cause when we paid for our bill we ask the cashier if we can pay for their bill as well. SHE said yes, The cashier said can we let them know who paid it. We said of course Thank you and God Bless.

Good food at great prices and friendly service.

Boyfriend and I are always calling into the restaurant to order delicious food! The individuals who pick up the phone are usually pretty cheery and informative. Their french toast is the best! The food is always packed really well and they give condiments/utensils without even being asked. Overall, great experience with NORMS. We have dined in a couple of times and even when it's busy, we never feel neglected.

Norms has been my go-to for cheap and yummy food since my father took me at a young age...but lately I haven't been too impressed with the quality of food. It's understandable since it's cheap but I wonder what changed? You really can't go wrong with the chicken tenders here.
