*This review is only on the Garlic Chicken Sandwich*Overall I really enjoyed the sandwich, but there were some things I thought could be improved:The sandwich is grilled chicken with a garlic cream sauce, mushrooms and cilantro. The sauce is incredibly flavorful, and the cilantro cuts through with some freshness. I did think the sandwich overall was a little bit too salty though, and I’m not sure if I would pay 10 dollars for this sandwich again as well.
We ordered garlic shrimp noodles and it was very delicious. We were there around 9:30pm and they were still open. The green tea was good but a little sweet. Other than that, the food was delicious and good amount of portions. We like it so much.
IMMA TELL YOU RIGHT NOW, DONT WEAR A WHITE TEE!!! ITS A BLESSING BUT ALSO A CURSE(i wouldn’t even call it a curse because i wasn’t even mad after looking at the stain(WORTH IT))So, let me start by saying the Cajun pasta was naturally saucy and for the first time i didn’t ask for extra sauce. I did however ask for a side of beef because i just had to try it and of course i put it in the pasta as well. I did ask for some extra sauces on the side too and honestly there wasn’t really a need for them. But it was cool when i wanted to just add a drizzle of something different. To be detailed, the noodles were great. Texture on point, shrimp and sausage were pretty good as well, adding the beef really took it to the next level tho i must say. And yes, i did drink a lil sauce put the bowl when i was finished. That’s how you know it was fire.Would definitely recommend with out doubt.
I knew what I wanted from just looking at the pictures. Food quality, flavor, portion, price and service were all top notch. I have to appreciate that when I picked multiple protein options, I actually got multiple portions which is what I wanted. I’m definitely going back when I get a chance. Both my lunch buddies feel the same way!I had the garlic noodles with bulgogi steak, chicken thighs and fried egg with a side of the Cajun fries.
Great little place in the food central of Costa Mesa, East 17th., Street! Our first time here, the menu looked friendly, simple and exciting. The food was in well proportions, delicious with good presentation. We had the Tiger shrimps with in a rice bowl with vegetables, short rib sandwich, chicken wings, and finally the Cajun Fries. The food was really delicious and the short rib sandwich was one of the best I have ever had.Highly recommended as a semi gourmet fastfood! #letsguide
Great late night meal after a fun concert! The food hit the spot for delicious Cajun Garlic fries and Bulgolgi Short Rib Steak! Who knew this little gem in a small strip mall would have yummy, piping, hot food at nearly midnight in Costa Mesa! Very impressed my friend brought me here! The food was fresh and deliciously flavored and it was a casual, sit anywhere you want kind of relaxed environment. If I'm in the neighborhood again, I would gladly return! I highly recommend the Bulgogi Short Rib steak with either rice or noodles!
Service was prompt and professional. I was disappointed with the quality of food. The noodles were mushy and the prawns were tough and dry. It had been over a year since I had dined there and Garlic noodles with the prawns were my favorite!! Not giving up on them, but it will be awhile.?
The Crawfish Pasta is really tasty. I would come back for it. The grilled sandwich pork wasnt that great. Also the Thai tea didnt taste good. The green sauce on the side taste spicy and good. I don't exactly know what it is but try it with chicken you will love it. Service was okay. Clean environment.Update: The service has gotten much better. And food still tastes good. The nk sliders taste really good with a fried egg.Fries and egg rolls tasty as well.3 stars to 4 stars now.
Nyguen kitchen has amazing food. Their garlic noodles are second to none. I would recommend anyone to go to nguyens kitchen.
