Usually have a good experience here but this time it was quite the opposite. Ordered a protein power like usual but this time I got a watered down açaí blend with granola and that’s it. Probably new employee or something but this thing was awful.
Good part was watching these teens make my Acaì bowl. They did a great job! It was made according to menu just wasn't anything special. Minimal, okay ingredients at high end price. My least favorite of all the Acaì bowls I have tried on my travels.

Placed a mobile order so that on my lunch I can just grab and go but that didn’t happen. Got there and my order hadn’t been started. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my items and then when i got back to work noticed I was missing an item and one was wrong. Called to see if i can get it fixed and ready right away but they still had me wait 20 minutes for their mistake. This store is highly not recommended.
This location is horrible. “Manager” at this store can’t even multi task so he forgot to make my order so I stood there waiting an extra 10 minutes for no good reason.
