I love trying specialty lattes from coffee shops. When I saw the July menu posted for Neat Coffee, I knew I had to check it out. I had the peanut butter cookie latte. The syrup is housemade (which I always look for when spending money on a latte) and it tasted exactly like the flavor described. I ordered it with oat milk, and it was so delicious. I already want to go back to try their other latte flavors. The interior is aesthetic and the perfect place to get some work done too. The barista made my drink super fast–I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I got there 30 minutes before closing, so I didn't get to try any food or see what is offered in the pastry case.
I've been here before. I've had the avocado toast. It is delicious.Really delicious.I live 20 miles away. Made a special trip just for the toast today...it is now 3.21.Was told we don't make avocado toast after 2pm..but the menu does not state that.Yall just lost a repeat customer. And I will never recommend your avocado toast to anyone again. Or you4 great cappucinio.
The avocado toast here is sublime. Got it every day I was in town on my last trip.
Arguably the best coffee shop in Orange County! They source great coffee, the vibe is great and they make incredible espresso drinks. Their toasts are awesome too, I’m personally addicted to the pan con tomate.
Their coffee is very fresh, from good beans, in a very clean environment. You can taste the coffee, it's marvelous. Top marks for an area with a lot of good independent coffee roasters. Don't hold your breath on parking, though, especially on the weekends. The food seems to be hand-made and looks and tastes very nice, but it's overpriced--like, Disneyland overpriced, $12 for half a sandwich. The patio is quite cute, it's in the back--little tables in a private area, a few plants, makes up for most other detriments. Good place overall, but don't come hungry, or with more than 2 cars needing to park in a hurry.

Came here early on a Sunday morning and had a delicious chai latte with oat milk. It was steamed perfectly and had just the right amount of spice. Not too sweet, just right. The barista Grayson was also very welcoming!Definitely coming back soon.
Their monthly special drink called Shakerato was really good. Also, the staff is very attentive and willing to explain all the exquisite coffee and tea selections. Yes, everything is neat here.
the parking situation can be tough as there aren't too many spaces available after breakfast time but we were lucky somebody was leaving as we arrived. the barista was very nice and attentive when taking our order but i didn't catch his name. the menu is small but plenty of options at the same time so you won't feel overwhelmed. i noticed the almond milk and the flavor for coffee were made in house which was a huge plus and tasted great. the space inside and out looked like a ton of people were using it for work meetings or studying. we wanted to purchase a pastry as a dessert but decided to save it for our next visit because we're definitely going to return.
