First time here and the food was absolutely amazing In my opinion! I got the steak sandwich and my wife got the chicken pesto & they were both really good! Personally, I loved my steak sandwich and would definitely order it again. They do their own craft sodas, so you’re either going to love that or hate it (you can’t get your Dr Pepper). They have canned Spin Drift and a bunch of beer on tap if that’s your thing. 10/10. Would eat there again (happily).
Very sad how this place can't be consistent.The sue chef needs to make sure that their prep cooks cut their carrots and cucumbers. "julienne".Show them how to use a mandolin... Because these cuts are horrible and inconsistent. Every Mendocinos farm is different. And the carrots weren't even pickled. Also since when does a banh mi have thai basil ?This was bad.Save your money and go elsewhere.

The food here never disappoints. The sandwiches are to die for. My go-to is the turkey club with a side of couscous. The restaurant itself is really nice inside and is pretty welcoming. They also have a patio that you can sit on which is really nice. I will say the parking lot is mobbed with the Starbucks drive-thru right next door so be aware of that
This place knows how to treat their loyal customers right. My local Mendo’s is in Tustin, but they close earlier than this location, so I had to travel a bit further to get the salad I was craving. I got the avocado superfood salad for takeaway, and when I got home, I realized that they hadn’t added the chicken that I had paid for. It wasn’t a huge deal because I’d literally smoked a whole chicken two days before, so I was able to add the leftovers to my salad and it was still delicious. But the next time I ordered there over the phone, I asked if they would please make sure they included the chicken because they’d forgotten it last time. When I arrived, they informed me that since they’d made the mistake last time around, my meal was on the house. Restaurants make mistakes sometimes, and that’s not necessarily a problem for me. It becomes a problem for me when I bring it to their attention and they brush it under the rug or don’t offer to make it right. Not only did Mendo’s make it right, they went above and beyond. THIS is how you run a business, and THAT (along with the quality of their amazing food) is why I will be a Mendo’s customer for life.
Never any parking at this location, but otherwise great service and LOVE their modern Caesar. I would say I’m a little obsessed. I don’t add the chicken because the salad is already pretty filling for me. My favorite part would be the crispy quinoa.
Food was tasty if expensive but the beer and soda were on the fritz. First world problems, sure, but hopefully they'll light a fire under their service provider and get it sorted as I went back the next day: still done broke... I plan on exploring the menu soon.
So this place is pretty popular for its healthy alternatives to classic takes on fast food. They have 2 new menu items that they are beta testing and I tried the BBQ chicken cowboy stack sandwich. It for the most part was sub par but I was expecting more out of it. The BBQ sauce was overbearing to the point that its all I could taste. The air fried chicken which is the main focus of the sandwich was not crispy enough to satisfy. And although it comes with cheese I could not tell or taste it. Keep in mind they are asking for opinions on the 2 new items as they are planning to select the peoples choice and add it to their menu so I felt a lengthy and honest review was necessary. Overall I would not reccomend. definitely needs improvement if they plan on placing it on the main menu. I should mention the size/portion of the sandwich does not justify the more than $13 it will cost you. And that doesn't come with any sides or drink. There are plenty of other options better than this example that are appropriately priced and well portioned. Not to mention better tasting.
I live thier salads here cuz they are fresh and HUGE, not to mention tasty. It's always crowded
