In person service was 100x better than using the computer. The computer kept crashing, or saying there was none available.Some of the screens on the tables were working.Bathrooms were very clean.
Very quick and cordial service. Order was correct and no issues.
Typical drive thru experience. Average wait time, friendly & efficient service and I know what I'm getting in the bag because I've ordered it before !

Food is good but sometimes the customer service could be better I ask for sauce in the window and the workers gets all mad and give me that rolling eye or acts like it didn’t listen and just walks away

Asked for a hazelnut iced coffee. I got a plain iced coffee with no sweetener or anything, no flavor. By the time I realized, I was already in Tustin. This happens at McDonald's all the time. Idk why it's so hard for them to make their iced coffees right. I'm tired of paying good money for something that's not what I asked for.
Their drive through are is a bit weird, it can get backed and nobody can enter the drive thru nor exit
