Every often after 1am this McDonalds will say that "their computers are down and they only accept cash", and it's always the same crew, an older Mexican lady and a cook or a male Mexican worker, In other words the employees here are pocketing the cash because without punching in the order properly there is no way to account for inventory. They dont give you a receipt and they wont let you use the McDonalds app around this time. I highly recommend not going to this scam McDonalds.
The area is clean and spacious. I saw all Covid-19 mitigation protocols were being followed.
Drive thru is hit and miss. Parking lot/ drive thru lane is a JOKE.Go to the newer one closer to the 405 on Harbor. Better designed 2 lane drive thru.
I don't know what it is, maybe great management but, the one on harbor and Wilson, by Home Depot, has the better tasting burgers than most of them . I like how they stay open later than all the rest of the ones. I have never been disappointed at this MacDonalds off Harbor st.
My son and I were there last week and we had the best customer service our cashier who took our order was very nice and friendly. The only thing I have to say is the Security guard there wasn't very friendly . I was using the restroom and he rushed me out before I was done and the restroom needed to be cleaned but my son and I had a pleasure eating there.
Watch the people at the drive thru. They will over charge you if you're not careful. Dude told me my card didn't cover it and tried to charge me an additional $5; really dude. When I use the app and was charged as soon as provided my code to the dude at the window already. Stay alert they will try to steal your money.
Not terrible but we had a couple issues going through the drive thru. We ordered our food the first time and were missing an order of fries and had to go through again. The next time we visited I ordered a couple burgers plain and neither of them were plain. Both times were later in the evening but still ??♂️
Horrible mcdonald, 30 minutes away and was close by an event. Forgot 30 piece out of 90 chicken nuggets. They didn't do anything and couldn't offer a refund. Horrible service, never go here again.
MD only has good breakfast sandwiches.But its not really worth the money anymore with inflation.
Is good love me some chicken nuggies with a big Mac however I must say prices have gone way up at McDonald's
