Chicken Katsu was hard as a rock like if it was leftovers and re-cooked again terrible barbecue chicken was nothing special teriyaki sauce and Katsu sauce was cold terrible food never go back there again lost a good customer not ono Hawaii that’s for damn sure,only good was rice that was expense rice
People love take out at L & L. If you know L & L you get it. Worth the wait on most days.
Great food and generous portions. My favorite place to eat when I lived in Hawaii was at Diners Drive Inn. This is as close as you can get to Diners.
Food portions were huge! I got the chicken katsu and I couldn't finish it I one go! Highly recommend this L&L location to anyone who likes hawaiin barbecue.

Such a delicious restaurant! I ordered the musubi, mac salad, and chicken katsu and it was all fantastic! The mac salad is the best that I've ever had, and the chicken katsu is better than most other fried chicken I've had (trust me, I love my fried chicken ?) My only slight concern is that it usually takes a while for me to get my food. It's always excellent though!
Food is good just the soda machine sucks no ice I had to ask the lady an the actual soda in the machine is hot so the ice completely melts so then it taste like water
I love this place. I usually go with the chicken katsu mini plate or musubi and I love it. Its delicious and the macaroni salad is amazing. I usually am not a fan of macaroni salad but I like this one. I do tend to prefer to order ahead on doordash or some locations let you call and order ahead. That way it's either just pick up or pay and pick up.
