I just got scammed out of $25.84. My card was accepted on the chip reader but was immediately told it didn't go through. They couldn't produce a receipt that showed declined or approved and refused to give me my order. I call that moment to check my transaction history and sure enough, there's the charge for $25.84. Crazy how this establishment is still in business. Will be disputing the transaction.

Dry, almost inedible chicken . This has been the case the last two times. We always post favorably with our restaurant reviews on yelp, but this KFC was horrible.
Place is clean. Service is good. Food is terrible, except coleslaw.
They gave me mashed potatoes when i ordered mac and cheese. Chicken was not very fresh and color was darker than usual.
Ordered take out. The person that waited on me was unintelligible between his accent and the mask. I was overcharged for a 3 piece combo and they had no regular crust breast breast-- my preference.
My Uncle stopped by and ordered a $28 16 pc bucket, sub breasts for wings. Simple right? Guess not! We got 14 pcs, four legs, nine thighs, and one wing = $37 He didn't feel like going back out, so we ate it. Never trust that your order is correct, always check it!
KFC always slaps. We went pretty late at night in the drive thru, not too long before they were scheduled to close and we ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches. They were out of the patties but offered to put the chicken strips instead which was fine. They made it pretty quick and were friendly too! It was a delicious late night dinner!
November 8. 2022After waiting in the drive through lane for over 15 minutes waiting to place my order, I left. So did the car behind me and the car in front of me who was at the order station. There was another car at the pick up window who had been sitting for about 15-20 minutes as well.Since the dining area was closed there were no other options.
