Beer and food are good. Downside is you have to order through your phone or at the bar top for drinks or food or any other item at the restaurant. They don’t have waitresses/waiters taking your order.

Good food, with great taste but they don't have table service. So you either have to go up to the bar to order or scan a bar code and order on your phone. That was a little annoying for my friends visiting from over over seas.
Great brewery near South Coast Plaza in Orange County. They brew their own beer at Karl Strauss, but they also bring in guest taps of outside brewers beers. I really enjoyed the appetizers that our party shared. They have a full menu that you can see via your smart phone after scanning the bar code on the table. I regret not taking photographs when I was here.
Great brewery great service. Daniel was the bartender and was very attentive and held down the fort on a busy lunch. The pastrami sandwich and the food truck burger were absolutely amazing. Coldest beer in town!!
Very clean restaurant with plenty of rooms for big groups. Ordering is done through scanning the menu or at the counter. Yup, it's Outside self service. Outside patio is a non smoking area, ♿ accessible, with? in the long tables (which is a nice touch) and heat lamps. Prices are $$. Curbside pick up available. Kids allowed. Good ambiance.
With so many years in the craft beer game, since 1989, Karl Strauss still has it! All the beers I tasted were nice and clean and refreshing. The food is also amazing. Love that you can sit where ever you like and reorder more beers or food from your table. No waiting around for a waiter to place another round of beers in. I totally forgot about this location and will continue to keep coming back. The staff is also amazing as well. Much love and cheers
