The worst customer service from the Hispanic man in the morning shift, arrived at 6 am waiting in the drive thru for 10 min but he wasn't open yet and when i called the store he answered he goes we are open i goes no i am here and your not open yet then he goes i dont have time for you tell me what you want, then i ordered and headed up to pay and at the window i told him let me tell you that you cannot talk to your customers like that he goes shuts off the window very hard and start cussing in his language, yous sir shouldn't have to be here if you having a bad day or quit or get fired but dont treat people like this and i hope your company can see this.

Arriving after 10 min some one told me to wear a mask ok I got the mask almost 5 more min to get the order n I said I finally the guy who took my order .his attitude was unprofessional this guy has to learn respect to treat the costumer n I didn't come back cause n that point something is going to happen..

So I'm standing at the counter with the lid off of my cup and I nicely request a refill. I get told that they don't give refills, but with an attitude. Terrible. And since when do they not give refills????
