Great food, but the Ponzu Ribeye has zero flavor. Overall it was a great experience and we will return. (:
I think they're just busy, we waited nearly 20 minutes after we finished our meal for the final item. We even told them that they could cancel it, then they came back 10 minutes later to tell us that the chef started on it and I'm like, if I told you 10 minutes ago to cancel the item and then you come back, telling me I have to wait an add'l 5 minutes for the item, how can it not be cancelled? If you forgot about me (which is fine), allow me to cancel the item. I know there is a staffing shortage but that was dumb. Then they gave us the wrong check. I haven't been to this place in 3 years and I mainly come for the saba makerel. After this experience, it'll prob be another 3 years for me to return even if I work closeby.
Food was goodï¼ kinda pricey
It is a great restaurant for any occasion. They offer variety of foods, from BBQ to fried chicken, and sushi to hotpot, everything is so delicious.
Overpriced, slow service, and overrated. It took us a long time to get seated even though we had a reservation. We ordered an agedashi tofu dish and it took so long to arrive that we thought the kitchen forgot about it, but it came eventually. Also the portion sizes are small so I don't feel like I'm getting good bang for the buck. It's probably a better spot for drinking or impressing your date.
Tableware and glasses need to be cleaned more carefully. I was forced to ask for a replacement several times.
I'm Japanese. I know not a few Japanese food restaurants but the food here is truly a taste of Japan. The taste is great at an affordable price.
Server does not provide nice and efficient services. Canât even order the correct things. Some of the food is definitely not fresh.
Worst customer service we waited 1 hour for skewers we ordered everything at the same time oysters came out way too late ( we already finished eating skewers). they forgot about the order and didn't really remind us and we're 3rd customers so it didn't make any sense. We asked for our order because waiting time between food was way too long. If your going to order skewers probably waiting time will be an hour just letting you know the lady server was too rude attitude overall was really bad probably i will never go back. I don't recommend this place food is just okey for the price. We didn't ask for the ginger and they charged $1 for it for really small amount. I even want to make a video about the customer service because I can't even write how they treat us for $300 meal it was horrible dinner
My waiter was rude, took away my plate when I was talking to my husband without asking:(. Never coming back.
