Service was horrible, the waitress we got was only concerned about her large table group and forgot about us the whole time...we had to wave her down for everything we wanted. Food came out at odd time, first was just my wife's food then out apps, next was my oldest one's food and then mine... last was my poor little 6 six year old. By the time her food came out, our food was cold due to waiting for her hamburger to come out. Very poor choice to eat there today.
Nothing like the hooters in Chicagoland. Food was poor, service was meh and the place was dirty. Floors were nasty and ceilings weren’t even finished. Just exposed insulation. I sincerely believe they didn’t use the same sauce/process other hooters use. The bill came and we were charged $15 for 10 wings and $17 for an appetizer that was rang up incorrectly even after I mentioned it to the waitress.Look at how dirty this ice machine is.

Oh I sat for 20 mins. Not a word was said to me. I seated myself. Not a word was said to me. I got up and left, not a word was said to me. I have never eaten at hooters. I guess I never will.
My daughter and I visited this place last Wednesday. We didn't suppose to have dinner there, but I ran out of gas. I have exited from 405 and passed by Hooters, then we decided to have a try there. It's more crowded than my imagination for the COVID period, almost full in the inner circle. The food was much better than my imagination, especially the breaded Chicken Wings. We selected the Parmesan Garlic and Buffalo flavor, the Parmesan one is really good.The waitress was not bad, but not very welcoming. She just routinely come to ask "how is everything ok?" but lets us feel just like a robot.
The service was horrible the waitress never put our order in she only came once to see if we were ok after we got our drinks never came around to ask if we needed a refill when i asked for the bill because we had already been waiting for 45 min. for our meal she tries to make up for it but i walked out i have never had this bad of service no wonder why they are closing all the other hooters they dont know how to treat the customers they need to really train their waitresses before they hire them dont just hire them because of their physical appearance and it wasnt even busy for them to say thats why it was taking long no excuse at all very very poor
Great place for some comfort food although they do tend to taste all the same if you order a variety of things. Drinks are fun and the staff is fun-tastic.
Great food, good beer and fun atmosphere. The girls are always fantastic.
Everything is so good, the service is great the lady's are really down to earth and I go because I love their sauce with their wings love it
Lily was my hostess with those beautiful dresses, but i still expect a little more hospitality. Food was delicious, but i do not like too oili bread, ketchup and napkin exists on tables. From freeway traffic it took 8min in a loop to get to the parking
