This location has terrible customer service. Older gentleman that works there week nights should take a class or find a new job. He's always grumpy, acting like you're wasting his time. Tonight the drive through closed in my face for the second time! The car in front of me ordered, then they shut all the lights off right in front of me. I thought it was a joke but nope. My family and I went to a trip to the beach & we decided to get some pollo loco,We got our foodWe didn't even get forks or platesWe got one napkin?And that wasn't the worst of allWhen we got to the beach and decided to eat, the chicken was dryTasted burnt,I love pollo loco and honestly I hope this experience didn't ruin it for meBecause honestly I was really disgusted of it.
I went in at about 6:30pm to order an 8pc family meal. Three gentlemen were placing their order together and I was helped next. I had to wait almost twenty minutes for the 8pc family meal after I ordered then the manager in duty would only give us 6 salsa’s and complained when I asked for half red half green. I asked to pay for additional salsa and he said it would be $7. $7.00 for two small additional salsa servings. Never again if that is the way they treat their customers.

El Pollo Loco is a great place for an alternative to the tired hamburger & fries that I usually purchase for a quick meal.
Excellent chicken, green salsa is amazing, nice salads too. I like to combine the Maci-cheese with the broccoli. And I ALWAYS ask for JUICY Chicken. Because like anywhere, if you order between 1&4pm it could be a bit over done.Ample parking, quick Service, clean restrooms I can always be sure of these.
I love LPL, but I Don't know who thought that to put Relish on a chiken quezadilla, was a good idea!It's the worst quezadilla I've ever had., not to mention that the whole thing falls a part as soon as you take the first bite.
They got my mom's order wrong, the salsa was spoiled and no utensils with side order. Better bring your own forks.... Jesus Christ.
Usually get the classic chicken burrito with chips and drink. Ask for double chicken and melt cheese on chips?
HORRIBLE SERVICES even though the food was Great I really appreciated the effort that everyone is doing, work for our community in these difficult times but that is not reason for the customers paid for the bad day that some employees got there.Money and food is just the excuse of the trade what customers really looking for is a great environment for families sit down on your restaurant and happily enjoy the food.Guys really I know you can do better see you there next time.
