Chicken was hard, over cooked and dried out. This place does not even deserve 1 star
The prices have increased and the quality of food has gone down. The mashed potatoes were so runny, it was like baby food. I suppose their trying to stretch it out!? The beans had no flavor, and tasted like they were boiled and thrown into a container. We checked out order, and they forgot to give us tortillas, which we had to go back and ask for. I won't be coming back to this location, or any El Pollo Loco for that matter, if their food will be this way. For the price, it's not worth it.
The food was great. Loco is my favorite fast food of all. Love the b r c burrito and chicken taco al carbon. But this place needs to hire some help. The workers are overwhelmed
It’s been a while that I have not driven thru & when I did last night!!! Something was off me & my husband woke up with a terrible headache & been suffering from diarrhea dated 2/2/2022! I usually get food here but this is the first time we experienced this! Still suffering from headache & diarrhea momentarily!Something must’ve be wrong for us to experience this! Never had this before:past times I got food from that chain!
Good service but the chicken was dried the loco salad dressing was very watery.
Always Good Food here!??? super tasty grilled chicken ? yummy and creamy Loco Salad ? with Cilantro dressing!? and tostada bowls are to die for!!! Make sure to double the chicken and guacamole---> Yummy! Yum! Yum! ?

I think this was my first time eating there, and I gotta tell ya... the Chipotle burrito was the ?‼️why? because it tasted homemade, and it was literally fresh off the grill. ???
