I really recommend this location always great service and food.
I came here after an, uh, interesting experience at the El Pollo Loco down the street and found this one to be in far better condition. The staff was bountiful, the food was served quickly, and the customers were all happy with their order. The birria was delicious. Thanks again.
Love this pollo loco, foods always great, and Juan in the drive through is a real homie, great service great food no complaints you’ll see me in this drive through a few times a week!
I have been going to this place forever. I had not visited this place for at least 3 months until today and I gotta say that it has gonna way downhill. Food tasted awful, bathroom was disgusting service was even worse. I think these people are tired and need better pay or a vacation.

Used the drive-thru, and it took about 15 minutes from start of line, which was about 5 cars deep from the ordering speaker. I ordered chicken tacos and a double chicken bowl and was beyond stuffed and pretty satisfied with the taste once I mixed the bowl up with salsa, but it could use more seasoning on the chicken, imo.
This Pollo Loco sells their food for higher prices than the other pollo loco's in the same area. Why?
