This Del Taco is inconsistent. The fries tasted like the oil was old and stale. That's a management issue, not a staffing issue. Beyond that, the fries were undercooked and lacked salt. Knowing how great Del Taco fries can be, this was a disappointment. So up the attention to detail, up the training, and stick to the schedule on changing out the fry oil.
I just purchased a breakfast wrap. The cashier didn't hand me my change, with no eye contact, lays the money on the counter and simply walked away.The bathroom wasn't clean and the toilet pipe was leaking water.
When I got there they weren't serving Breakfast and then when I went ro my plan be (which was Jumbo shrip tacos) they were OUT OF SHRIMP at 11am the BEGINNING of the day! SUPER frustrating!!
Just went. Asked for guac. Got no guac. Asked for sour cream. Got no sour cream. They messed up my whole order and they even charged me for it. Don't go to this location
Horrible service they always mess up on my order just like they did today went home missing my Deluxe chili fries. Had to drive back to get it corrected and they still messed up. I asked for no sour cream or onions...and my regular fries were old not fresh couldn't even eat them
3.13.22 at 5.15 am. Entered drive thru. Waited for a while to place my order. Nobody asked. went around.only saw 2 cars. Waited till 5.30 to get to window. Just for 2 cars.Asked the lady why it took so long. Her answer they are understaffed no apologies . Only 2 people working. Placed my order .asked how long it would take as I am running late. She said 5 minutes. Told her 8m going to pay if it's ready in five minutes.if not I can't wait. She argued and went to talk to someone.wasting even more time.then came back telling me to pay or she'll call the police. Just left. What a horrible experience person at window as you can guess was very RUDE. Made a report with corporate office.
Their food is usually pretty stellar. My only complaint for dining in is that their menu is very poorly designed. It's way too big for the small space they have above the register
I enjoy grabbing lunch there the food is always good. Loving their new menu.
I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and they were the worst tacos I've ever had. Very little in them...it was busy and waited for a long time. I hardly ever complain but these tacos were a joke!
Make sure and you check your order. On Wednesday I placed a order for a sweet tea they forgot to give it to me. I went on Thursday and they gave me a non sweet tea when I ordered a sweet tea, make sure you check your order.
