3 hours on the front 9, on a Friday. The course was very nice, but way too slow. I only played 14 holes because of the slow pace.
Got an early morning time and finished in 4.5 hours (walking). I've heard that this place gets crowded and rounds can take much longer, which we saw the backup.Overall condition was good.
Waited over 15 minutes per tee. Quit after 3rd hole

Costa Mesa is a solid course but struggles with managing pace of play. If a round didn’t take 5 hours this would be one of the better courses in the area. Unfortunately, it’s just so busy.
For a public course the course is in great shape and the staff in the pro shop are fabulous
