Food and service were good
Prior to going to the theater, we decided to eat. Made a reservation at Claim Jumper but arrived earlier than planned. They were very accommodating so we were able to get seated. Donald, our server, was extremely attentive and insured that our dining experience was fabulous. The RibEye was melt in your mouth tender and the sides complimented it perfectly. Will be going back for casual dining.
Standard steakhouse fare. Our server was really attentive and helpful. The cake is honestly pure indulgence-- I wish they came in smaller pieces but I guess that's the point. My steak was cooked right, but it was sirloin and a little dry. Everything else was pretty good. The spiked lemonade was a touch too sweet but I liked it.
Service was outstanding. Our table was dirty when seated. Some of the food was so-so, but overall, a better than average experience.
We are celebrating 3 birthdays. We are a group of 16. Our server Joshua was really great and attentive. I was not too happy when 1 of the order got missed which was for 1 of the celebrant. The staff who delivered the food has no knowledge who the order is for and kept on yelling out the dish. We cannot understand what they are saying since they are all wearing mask. It would have been better if they came closer and spoken clearly. Also if they just allowed Joshua to hand us our dish instead since he took our order and he knows who order what. I was disappointed and ruined my mood.
We had a birthday celebration but it did not feel eventful.
Promptly seated and served requested drinks.
Service was fast and good. I was surprised by a 3% âservice chargeâ on our bill, which apparently is now standard at the restaurant now instead of a price increase. The meals were a tad small for the price, in my opinion, though tasty. The cheesecake might be the best Iâve ever had.
Generally speaking, this is a very good restaurant. Our service was a little slow for a Friday evening @5:30. Food was well prepared, served hot, staff very professional. The white wine list should include more variety and higher caliber wines as an option.
A little loud but the food and service were excellent. Reservations at 5:30PM allowed for a leisurely dinner and time to walk to Segerstrom for the show!
