Its been hit or miss here lately. It depends who is working that day. I been getting my orders messed up. Happens honestly more times than it should. And they are not complicated orders. Ill try back in a couple months. The odd thing is. The in and out next to them. Not once have they messed up on my order. Chick-fil-A has messed up so many times. I may just avoid this location. Triple check your orders to be on the safe side.
Customer service is great at this location and orders are always on point! Employees are always attending with a positive attitude.
Shorted me on my order thru the drive thru. Didn't notice till I got home. I let them know through the website and they made good on their mistake.
Kinda wondering what’s up, this place used to be awesome but now every time I go they either leave something out or get it wrong, friends and coworkers say the same as well, I tried giving it another shot today but yet again was let down.I’ll be passing on this place for a while sorry to say.

Food was good but the parking lot is a mess. Very hard to find parking and when I did the spot was in a darker area, stepping out of my car foot landed in vomit. Very smelly area. They need to patrol or monitor this area a little better. It was very busy and crowded inside. They're probably short staffed.
After picking up my race packet for the OC Half Marathon, I came here to eat lunch. On the mobile app, I ordered the usual Cobb salad with grilled nuggets, a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and a cup of mac & cheese. After I got my food, I found a small table near the corner of the restaurant. For some reason one of the employees that I assumed was on a break kept bumping into my chair from the table adjacent to mine. I understand if it was once or twice, but it kept happening without a single apology as if he wasn't aware of it. Oh well, some people are pretty dang clueless. Besides that, the quality and taste of my meal was as good as it always has been with pretty much any Chick-fil-A.
