I waited 10minutes in the drive thru and nothing. Drove to the window. The drugged out Mexican employee says what do you want? Another drugged out Mexican employee comes behind the first one and talks Spanish. Both employees look like gang members. And both looked high. I just drove away. I would not eat anything they made. This place is garbage. The police should be notified of these Mexican gang members. They handle people's credit cards. Customer beware of this place.

Was not happy whatsoever with this location. Went through the drive-thru it appeared completely empty inside. There was no line that drive through. And when we got to the order menu the guy working the window asked us to wait.We waited 6 or 7 minutes before I got back to us and we were ready to drive off and had a lighter cars behind us.When we got to the window we had to wait another extended amount of time and it looked like they were highly understaffed.Also the drive-thru is very awkwardly designed. You order from the driver's side but have to pay from the passenger side likely I had a passenger or I don't know how that would have worked.
This place shows on Google that it's open until 12am. I pulled up to the drive thru at 11pm and they say they're closed. What's going on?
Prices to high and burgers to small!! The burgers are for kids under ten... Carls hasnt been good for years.. They dont give you much for your money... Wish I could say something good BUT when your the one paying Quality and Quantity count especially in these times...?.

I tend to not frequent places that block emergency exits. I won't be back to this location.
