A lousy burger at $18.00, 6 wings under cooked with sauce has no flavor for $6.00 or $8.00, and other very bad dishes at very high price. To top it off, mediocre services.
The Buffalo Wild Wings we have in San Bernardino has a better service than this location in Newport Beach. We only asked for a box and the lady just kept walking, then we asked a guy he said ok but then he just kept walking by and never gave us the box and we gave these people a tip smh
The service here is very poor if I could give negative stars I would they got my order wrong the food took about 45 minutes to arrive and also that whole time not once did the server Sayra come and asked if we needed refills and when we asked her for a refill we never got it. Also on the check they charged us drinks that we never received and they tried to charge my kids meal for a regular meal very very bad service. We had to chance down the server just so we can pay it took about 10-15 minutes. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
My first experience here and it was AWFUL! Waitress WAS NOT attentive one bit! I love wings but I will not be coming to any BWW to get my fix...especially this one!! This the 3 Strike for me I felt that I was discriminated against me they did not leave silverware nor napkins and food took forever to get here put the next table got the works done safe your time and just go some where else
Miles was my waiter and he was amazing ! He definitely needs a promotion. Best experience at a restaurant ever!!! Miles not only helped us order, but gave us the best experience ever.

Worst wings I’ve had. All the bread of the wings was on one side of the bowl and bare chicken on the other. No sauce. Ordering a new dinner now. Waste of money
A month ago, We ordered 30 wings and they served only 26. Today, we had a 35 usd coupon in grub hub and it will be expiring soon, so we used it in Buffalo Wild Wings but they rejected the order, so we lost the coupon and I’ll get the refund only for the difference I paid with my card. Service is too slow for dine in.
Arrived and was sat at an unbussed table in an empty restaurant. New server didn't know the menu and was told I could order the wing bundles for dine-in. Ordered and had to change our evening and get everything to go...train your employees. Order was still wrong after speaking to the manager...
