Was looking forward to finally trying this restaurant. On Wednesday not busy at all. Location was filthy and service was slow. Several people in line walked out (one cashier). Cashier was patient and helpful. Cook wore no mask (option) but was talking a lot over the food he was preparing. To go person was fabulous! She was Fast, clean and friendly. I ordered the pick 2: Clam chowder was delicious but the sourdough bread bowl was disgusting stale tough dry. The sandwich option I chose was California burger, patty was likely microwaved served with wilted lettuce sloppy topping and horrible presentation- will never get that again I can’t even explain my disappointment however the bread that was toasted and served with the burger was delicious. if I go back it will not be to this location but I would love to try some other options like their wedges salads and I would get the clam chowder again and probably even the sourdough bread just not at this location. I’d like to mention the cashier may be keeping survey receipts and giving the restaurant good feedback as I witnessed something I had to question when she didn’t give me my original receipt.
I requested the duo option ( sandwich & soup )Clam chowder soup was great but Italian sandwich bread was like a brick and chewy.Restroom dirty, no soap on dispenser.Softh drink dispenser out, of syrup on 3 drink options.Good customer service at least.
The broccoli cheddar soup was really watered down and could use more flavor but the sourdough bread bowl definitely beats out everyone else. They're prices are extremely reasonable and rival Panera.
I had a new, spicy sandwich (that I could not taste the jalapeños in the bread). There was some jam of some sort slathered inside the sandwich which made it very sweet and may have masked the jalapeños. I enjoyed the meal, but usually skip sweet sandwiches like this.My wife had a new Cuban-style sandwich, which she said was good.The young man that helped us at the register was pleasant as well as helpful and made me want to return for another meal sometime. I like Boudin and sourdough bread! See you again some time!
Very bad customer service in Metro Pointe local.The cashier was confused with the change, and probably need more training, or come back to the school, and learn math!!She called a coworker for help her, to give me the change, so easy to do it by herself. Very unprofessional!!I won’t come back again to this place. I don’t have the cashier name, because she was working with the name 340817 Carlos H.

Patty melt, wedges, garlic cheesy bread fresh and delicious. Bread soft on point. They have clamchowder in sourdough bowls too!
Good food but very disappointed that they didn't have tomatoe soup. It's the best at Boudins.Dining area was messy as tables hadn't been cleared and wiped down. Probably short staffed like many places.
