I ordered via Uber Eats, not only was the delivery delayed by over an hour! The restaurant then claimed they ran out of food even though they are open until 2am!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

These reviews don’t give this place justice! I ordered the chicken and broccoli with spicy garlic sauce and it is unbelievably delicious! The place inside is well lit and clean and the gentleman working today was awesome! I give this place a 10/10

I came here in a Sunday night, no one was at the counter. I rang the Bell the first time no one came, second time someone in the back said your food is in the table. I told him I’m placing a new order, he never came out. Once he did he asked if there was a new order I said yes and the man behind me said no and the guy in the back just walked off and never took my order so I just walked off. It isn’t worth spending 30 dollars just to be ignored.

They take forever to prepare food, atleast later at night. Their customer service is awful, you have no clue what’s going on. The last two times I’ve ordered from here it took over 50 minutes for my food to be prepared.

Always long waiting for pickup ?. 1 Person working and cleaning issues. Table and computer dust.

Don’t waste your time or money. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had plus terrible customer service.Decided to try Big Chopsticks for lunch after receiving a flyer in the mail. So disappointed. Orange chicken is soggy, rice is dry, and the Thai tea that was supposed to have Boba has jelly and a tiny straw that you can’t drink it through. They don’t allow any substitutions for the lunch special, so your only option is hot and sour soup which is only so-so. Definitely will not return.Their only saving grace was a decent egg roll.

Worst food my family and I have ever ordered. Ruined our family dinner. It was so gross it made us sick even looking at it. It looked so bad it was honestly a safety risk.

Food was mediocre for the price. Orange chicken was bland and fried rice was super dry. I found a dead fruit fly in my fried rice, but should've known the place wasn't super hygienic when walking in as the whole kitchen is hidden and the place felt super dirty.

I’ve been eating the spicy house tofu for 8 years and I’m not even vegetarian. Highly recommend. Favorite food.

We ordered via Uber Eats and it was so so so good! Their Chow Mein may have been the best I’ve ever had in all honesty. Everything was superb though, and it was even better as leftovers!!
