Hey owner/manager hire another employee to help with mid day rushes. I felt bad for the two employees working at full capacity and getting treated rudely by customers upset about a 45 minute wait for a banzai bowl.
Yummy, healthy, fresh. Good way to end a bike ride or have a healthy lunch. Awesome
Order online says 35 min.. ok.Come by 45 min later and another 30-40 minute wait. No way to refund or cancel. Wonder how many people just leave and never pick up their order...Take your app offline if you can't keep up with it.

It's Banzai Bowls. It's the best. People from this area go out of their way to make sure their bowl is a Banzai Bowl. It's the tastiest, and almost sacrilegious to go elsewhere.
