I am writing this as a warning to all couples considering any 24 Carrots venues. I recently got married at Rancho Las Lomas and, although the venue is beautiful and the food was great, 24 carrots has got to be the most deceptive and downright awful company in the wedding industry. PLEASE do yourself a favor and double check EVERY single version of any contract with pricing info in it that they send you. 24 Carrots will repeatedly try to increase prices or add in hidden charges without any notice or explanation. We repeatedly had to fight them on these kind of deceptive pricing practices during the last couple months of our wedding and to say it was stressful and absolutely awful is an understatement. They act like they are the best in the business in client service, but it is the exact opposite. Couples should expect to be able to trust the people they work with in the wedding industry and how can you trust a company that is constantly lying to you about what you agreed to pay? I am a lawyer and have defended multiple companies for engaging in unfair and deceptive practices, but I’ve honestly never had a client who was engaging in the misconduct like 24 Carrots does. Be warned - the venues and food are great, but 24 Carrots provides the worst client service imaginable and will engage in illegal pricing practices.
It was very easy to develop the menu for a family event. The drivers were right on time, and set everything up perfectly. Our guests made several comments about how good the food was. Two thumbs up!
was at a recent event at the Lyon Air Museum where you were the caterers. We were very disappointed. We asked for a Vegan meal and the event organizers assured me we would have one.All we got was a hollowed out squash with rice. My lady friend who is a true Vegan swore there was animal product in the rice ( butter). We weren't given the option of having salad from the main buffet table. There were no Vegan appetizers nor any desserts for us. We left hungry. This was more of a vegetarian meal and not Vegan. It's not hard to prepare a Vegan meal and you made zero attempt to even try.There are a lot of Vegans now, and you need to take classes on preparing Vegan food or visit some Vegan restaurants.

HIRE THIS CATERER! I have been a wedding planner for 25 years I recently had the honor of working with these fine caterers. From the moment we contacted the sales team, working closely with Morgan, we had the most responsive wonderful experiences. The food was absolutely impeccable especially the fresh on site barbecue with the white vinegar barbecue sauce incredible. The real stars of the show were the catering staff. There were more than enough staffers and I can’t remember all their names but our lead Stephanie was amazing, the bartender Christy and the entire staff were so helpful and professional. If you’re looking for a caterer check them out for sure you will not be disappointed. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Team!
Very professional catering and events company for a wedding. The food from top to bottom is top of the line which was a huge factor in our decision to go with our wedding venue which is directly linked to 24 Carrots Catering. Picking one of their wedding venues (The Yost Theater) which comes with their catering is something I doubt anyone would regret. Food options, open bar choices, décor choices, ect. Prices are competitive with other wedding catering companies. All top of the line things that anyone would love to have for their wedding. I'd like to specifically thank Shane over at 24 carrots for everything! Always there to make our lives easier while planning this wedding. I'm not sure how we could have had as a spectacular wedding without all of Shanes help and great communication. Always catering to our needs non stop. He truly cares! I would have left a 5 star out of 5 star review but the 1 missing star is due to the fact that the Chef on my wedding night portioned out the steak incorrectly so the tail end of the guests((19% of the guests specifically) who were all supposed to receive steak and fish only got fish. But the majority of the guests all got a lot of steak and the normal amount of fish. It pains me to even mention this in my reviews because I loved 24 Carrots so much but it had to be said. Quite embarrassing to us that some of our guests didn't get what we ordered them. I appreciate 24 Carrots telling me this after it happened and they even refunded me partially for the chefs error. Other than that, I loved 24 Carrots so much for all the great things they did. Again, top notch food, décor choices, great communication. All so professional! THANK YOU!
After booking our wedding at Ole Hanson Beach Club for April 2020, we postponed our wedding twice. 24 Carrots was super helpful along the way and totally willing to postpone without giving us a hard time. A year and a half later 24 Carrots made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Elizabeth and Nasime were there to answer my questions, and rolled with the punches during my multiple changes. The food that they catered the day of was absolutely great. They made sure that the bride and good got plently of delicious snacks from cocktail hour that we missed due to photos. Thank you to the staff of 24 carrots and Elizabeth and Nasime for making sure we had an incredible wedding!
24 is so disorganized . Make a setup video of how you want the tables maid before your staff of 20 REWORKS a roomful of tables just cuz u want a crease in the linens to fall in the MIDDLE. Tell me BEFORE* executing. EXPLAIN to everyone how you serve “counter-clockwise” ,your tables w/names and poultry selections but of course that’s a secret too….Except when you lose ppl bc they died of covid and you need new ppl to fill their roles and you won’t explain anything…let me repeat, everyone should b SETUP to serve esp seeing last night. The food came out late , the pick up of salads was late! I have a secret? YOURE LATE! Amazon prime it or someone else is going to beat you. N I will laugh when they do. Require everyone to wear masks Always. Srsly, Ure serving food. That’s Disgusting
I'm a Wedding Planner and recently had a chance to work with the team at the Franciscan Gardens. To say it was an incredible experience is an understatement. Carlos M.- the team captain was kind, on top of it and very professional. The food was super yummy and we even had a little chaos with extra guests arriving who did not RSVP and 24 Carrots handled it perfectly and with ease. I highly recommend them for your Wedding or Event. The experience for not jus the Couple, the guests but also for the vendor team is top notch!
