I'm waiting in line while writing this. This place always seems to be busy even at 11pm. It's simply because the customer service is great, managers are very helpful and the Food is great and fresh everytime. Last time I had trouble with my order. Maria was very quick to help fix it. Hard to come by fast food places that care about quality and customer service. Will continue to come back.
Would be 1 star if I didn't enjoy the food because rude customer service is hard to forgive. The order taker misheard me and put my order in wrong. When I asked to get the order corrected, the cashier raised her index finger at me and argued me down about what I said while ordering. I absolutely didn't misspeak, however, even if I did don't argue me down about what I said when I'm just trying to properly eat the food I paid for. I actually couldn't believe it.
They lock up the fine in and refuse to allow anyone in for any reason including small children to use the restroom. The drive lane takes for ever. If I hadn’t placed my pick up order almost 30 minutes ago and been stuck in this line for 20 minutes now I’d move it to a different location.The worst “fast” food location in Eastvale.
First time in a long time. Better than I remember. Maybe it's because I don't eat much fast food, but I would go back in a pinch...
What can I say I love Wendy's always good food and you get your bang for your buck.
Their female service attitude is very poor, very fierce look. Only one middle-aged man served well.
went through the drive through to get breakfast for my family the employee was very friendly, order was correct and the food was delicious. forst time getting breakfast. definitely will get more. thank you
Just had their breakfast for the first time. It's really good for a fast food breakfast.
It’s Wendy’s, you know what it takes like (the best chain fast food out there). The biggest problem with this location is that the parking can be hard when the drive through gets backed up.
The worst thing about this place is that it seems to always be super busy. Drive-thru seems to be perpetually lined up. Service is still really quick though, all things considered. Food quality and taste is consistent. Prices are reasonable. Definitely one of my preferred fast food places in the area.
