The staff is very nice, and the food is also really good. If you're really tired and need a quick, inexpensive dinner, this is the place for you. Food was good but really dirty inside. Spilled drink on floor. Dirty tables etc. I realize covid can restrict the amount of guests within the establishment but you could still arms least have the place appear cleaner for customers who are dining in
The outside light on the sign was not working so this place was not very easy to locate.. the food is good they don't have deals anymore like they used to..portions too small..
Good food, but expensive for lunch, not something I would get for dinner.
Do not order anything extra they never add what you want even though you pay. Make sure you check before you leave. Horrible service.
I submitted an order online not knowing they would close within 1 minute. Ok, my fault. I go to the restaurant and there are people still inside but the restaurant is closed. I tried to call to make sure I wouldn’t be charged but they didn’t pick up their phone. Ok, no prob. I called about 20 times next day (during the day) and they just pickup and Hangup. I had to call a diff store to get the corporate number. Never ordering from this location again.
I didn't appreciate that they ask you to put on a mask. I told them;1) I'm vaccinated, and 2) it's not even state law anymore. I'll be now going to Flame Broiler a cross the street.
Ok so I’m not writing this review off of one experience I’ve had 3 bad visits to this place . First off the guy that works there knows nothing about the mobile offers and will not try to even work with you , literally had to call his boss twice , 2 different times . Today 7/31 4:30 I ordered thru the mobile app and went to pick it up . Two young lady’s in the front told me they were working on it . I said ok fine no problem . 2 customers come in and order there food there and some how they got there food first . When I asked about my food the young lady had a nasty attitude and says she doesn’t control how the orders are given out . Then she tells the other young lady that I have an “attitude “ of course I do I order thru the app for a reason and other people got there food first . The older lady making the plates was the only helpful one . Their employees need to get retrained cause they have no idea about customer service .
No the worst service ever
Two out of the three times I've visited this Waba Grill in the last month the cashiers have been very rude and had attitudes. Today the cashier's name was Kathya G and the other time it was an older man. Both were unpleasant and I will pass on returning anymore. Also the food quality is poor.
