I have been coming to this location over the past years due to having great food. Today after so many months of not coming it was the worst experience ever. I request a Large water of horchata and with light ice. Per The lady whom was surviving the waters stated the ice would go onto the scooper, but yet the person in front of me did get light ice. I asked if she could try and she stayed quite the cashier Valeria D. (According to the receipt) gave me the water and it was literally more then half of the cup with ice. I asked her If I can just exchange it for a bottle soda and she said sure. When given to me there was a price difference and she said oh your all set but wanted to keep my difference! When I asked her for the price difference she said “ oh you still want a refund” I said of course if I was short $1-$2 I would not get food right ? And she just gave me the refund very rudely. While getting my stuff to sit down all I can hear was “ I want to go home already I’m tired and tired of complains” PLEASE REGULATE YOUR EMPLOYEES. I know the owner cares so much about his restaurants that give him to eat because of customers! P.S Dinning was very dirty today usually it’s spot clean. Trash cans where full to the top time was 4:00pm to be exact.
How in the world does this place have 4.5 stars? I was craving tacos and found this place via Google. Huge let down. I ordered 4 carne asada tacos and they scooped some meat from a bin that’s probably been sitting there for about an hour or so. How do I know? The meat was almost dry, bland and tasted subpar.Aside from that, the ordering process is extremely inconvenient. Waited about 20-30 minutes and had about 5/7 people in-front of me. I read a review not too long ago mentioning the ordering process and they too said the same exact thing. The ordering process just doesn’t work and it makes me not want to come here again. Haven’t been there since. Thank Goodness.
This is my favorite taco place ever. However, the last few times I went, the carnitas have been left out a very long time and were not tender. They were hard. That’s disappointing considering these use to be the most tender and flavorful carnitas I ever had. Please fix this issue. Also, every time we order online the food is never ready when it’s supposed to be. I’d be willing to up this review to five stars if you fix these issues.
Not impress with the service or the food. Almost $5 for a drink? That’s insane. I was told over the phone a total with 10 tacos and a drink then when I was ready to pay it was more. The cashier was horrible and rude. Didn’t even apologize but made the person that took my order say oh I didn’t include the drink. It was my first time here but thank you won’t stop by here again

Like the other reviews say it’s so good, that’s a known fact.But today something unexpected happened, and the way the workers handled the situation and came through for me was beyond impressive.I had planned to have a surprise Valentine’s day lunch delivered to my hunny's work for him and his work buds. This establishment only offers pick up at the moment (no Uber Eats, GrubHub) but I was willing to pay an Uber driver extra money to do me this favor since I couldn’t go there myself. Not the most convenient, but so worth it because I didn't want to settle with any other restaurant, not today.I placed an online order in advance and simultaneously scheduled my Uber ride perfectly to get there at pick up time. Then I last minute noticed an email notifying me that there was some technical issue with my app order. I called the restaurant to check the status as the driver was 15-20 minutes away, and I was told the order just got in, and wouldn't be ready by the scheduled time. If I was driving there myself I could’ve just waited, no big deal, but since that wasn’t the case this really stressed me out. I explained the whole situation, that my Uber driver couldn't wait that long, and I'd lose out on the $50+ I paid him.The sweet lady on the phone said she'll grab a manager to further assist me. George picks up the phone and quickly understood it was one of those situations where I couldn’t afford the extra wait time. He went over everything in my order for 8, and agreed to have it all made on the fly so that my Uber driver doesn’t show up just to leave empty handed. He told me not to worry, that he’d make it happen, and he did just that!After the driver grabbed the order, George called me back to let me know how it all went. The extra mile he went today for a stressed out customer… beyond professional. I found out in the end that he wasn’t even a manager, but he 100% stepped up like one in the midst of a challenge, handled business and literally saved my Valentine’s day surprise. The entire staff here is amazing, I know it required phenomenal teamwork, but dang, George just executed everything so smoothly to perfection! Please give this man a promotion!Btw the guys all loved the food! And the Uber driver messaged me afterwards to say the pickup was a breeze and staff was helpful towards him. Its crazy, nothing but positive feedback all around.I’m so grateful to George and the rest of the staff. You guys will always have a special place in my heart ?
The food is absolutely delicious. The lines are long, but for good reason. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.
Excellent Customer Service and Delicious food. No matter what day of the week it is it's always busy. The customers love the food and prices so much, they keep coming back. The success of a business is by the trust the restaurant earns with their customers, therefore they will always be loyal.
First AND last time...Terrible food. Got a carne asada torta and the meat was dry. Seemed like it was made days ago. Bread was also very dry. Topped with dry lettuce and barely anything else. They had no salsa to go with it either. Only ate half and threw the rest away. Just a big disappointment.My fiance got menudo and she said she's had better from a can. Also no salsa available to put in it.Overall I would definitely not come back. Go to any of the 10 or more taco places near by and I'm sure they will be better. The inside was pretty nice though. Lots of space.
Amazing Tacos!!! The El Pastor tacos are my favorite, Hand Made Tortillas, authentic flavors, great salsa. This is one of the best spots in a 30 mile radius for sure!
