Ok Sushi Zen let me just say this, they find ways to rip you off. 2 of us just came here and they completely forgot about us! On top of adding an 18 % gratuity charge.. needless to say they are the worst place I have ever been to. If you want to spend over $100 for just 2 people sushi zen is trying to get every last penny out of people to make up for the lack of service.i will definitely never go back service was very terrible.
Do not come here to eat!!! Poor service, prices raised, now they automatically take tip from you. They told us they do that for parties of 5 or more. But we were a party of 2!!!! And we already left a good tip on the table. Worst sushi place ever. DO NOT GO HERE !! Bad experience every time.
The atmosphere was nice and the service was quick however all of the dishes seem to taste about the same. The all you can eat menu was a little pricey for everything you were allowed to order.

This place used to be spot. Sushi is still good but customer service is the worse. New lady started was a total Karen and treatment was so different from the other 2 familes that came after us, from moment we sat down. So we decided to kill her with act of kindness and tip her big ?...but I will say wont be back, too many issues from last 2 visits .. including given our debit card to wrong table ?
Great service and hospitality...cool vibe inside...All you can eat is the best pick to have with groups of friends family co workers etc.
Great sushi and we used to love the all you can eat. Getting very expensive though. Cost 5 of us over $200 for dinner the other day so we won't be going any time soon. Slow but friendly service in the current post- covid world
Ive been going to this location for years it was by far the best place in town but lately things have changed. The past couple times we've been there the quality went down as well as the experience. The service was lacking we waited several minutes fir our menu and there was only 2 other couples there. When we got out rolls it wasnt like before no pizazz. I also saw a couple food prep people not wearing gloves and handling food with bare hands. Overall probably not going back which is sad because all the other sushi places in town either dont have AYCE or are not that good.
Before you go here they have a C rating!!!! Honestly should just be shut down! This is honestly a place where you can go to receive bad service. You’ll feel rushed from the beginning and ignored. We constantly had to remind them for napkins, water, and straws. They automatically charge a tip because it’s their “new system” it’s honestly a way of them securing a tip even after providing horrible service. Honestly worst restaurant I have ever been to. Food is horrible, service is horrible, and the owner is horrible at running a business.
She be called froZen Sushi. Not good at all. Sushi not at room temperature and everything was defrosted and premade. Best thing they had was the frozen gyoza they deepfry for you and can tell it was bought from distributor. Not good authentic ?.
