They Cheat you on Avocado!I spent $4.50 on adding avocado to two sandwiches and they didn’t add it. I tried calling them but no one answers. When I sent an email to subway corporate asking for a refund, the district manager sent me an email that basically said “we’ll do better next time” with no refund offered. What a joke! Never going back to this store again!
Tried to eat here tonight at 8:30. Google and the sign on the door says open until 10:00. There are workers inside, but it’s closed. Not cool.
I've always hated this location of subway. My favorite has been the one on Ontario next to chipotle. But they never get my order right. Order before this occasion they didn't toast my online order and that's a huge pet peeve of mine. This time I wanted to call and make sure it was done but after 5 phone calls no one ever answered for 10 mins. I pulled in while still on the phone and found 2 guys just standing around. Why do I keep coming here? It's only a block away. But hate there service.
So it’s meatball marinera day it’s 2 pm and she claims they were out of meatballs when we all know there’s frozen ones you throw in a microwave and should have at least 2 prepped in this day. Kind of funny to me this place is literally always a mess lol
The bread was not fresh and the sandwich was not good. I don't recommend this subway

I was today 9/12/21 at 2:00pm. I bought a sandwich and the only guy attending was not wearing a cap to cover his hair that BTW was very messy. I asked him why he wasn’t wearing a cap to cover his hair like everybody working does in any Subway store. He replied in a very cold, immature and not nice way “it doesn’t matter” and said nothing else and kept preparing my sandwich. He’s a young white Latino guy in his early twenties. I don’t know his name because he wasn’t wearing a badge name. The guy doesn’t feel happy to his job as he should. It seems the management is not paying attention that their employees wear the appropriate garment for work and for higiene purposes.
I haven't been very impressed with Subway lately as far as how my food looked. Seems like the employees don't care how your sandwich looks. Today I'm happy plus out of all the different Subways I've visited this location is the best to me.
