Mariah is so sweet and welcoming. When she saw my face of how light my vanilla cold brew looked she asked me right away if I would like it remade and that was EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you for being so kind this morning and making my drink perfect. the staff here is so wonderful in the morning. Thank you for all you do and for everyone always being so kind! This location is so quick and friendly.
Having never been to Starbucks before, I asked for the brew most like McDonald's McCafe Premium. I was offered a medium roast. However it was one of the most bitter-tasting coffees I've had. I suspect it had been heated too long. The taste was burnt coffee with hints of potting soil. I couldn't drink it. When I got to my car, the lid popped off and spilled. Careful with the lid. It doesn't stay on well.
Ordered a vente frapp and got a regular. Cashier was not paying attention. Frapp was really thin, no flavor for mocha.
The staffs are very friendly that is why I give it 4 stars. The only thing I don't like is their hours are not consistent, they said they are open at 4:30 am but that's not true. I have stopped by at 4:45 am many times and they weren't open. Please be consistent with your business hours.
Bought a yogurt and it tasted spoiled. Checked the expiration date/best by date and it was that day. Girl that served us seemed like she had an attitude. I'm done with Starbucks.
Very rude employees I ordered hot chocolate I got hot water and when I asked for another one she throw it on the counter and tern her back on me like it's my fault.Never go back again

This place is by far the most efficiently ran starbucks I've ever been to. I'm so glad the drive thru was long (though I saw it move very quickly) I went inside to order. I was sitting for maybe 3 min before my coffee was done, followed shortly after by my egg bites. They were busy inside as well. I can overhear the staff and they sound energetic, positive and make this place feel like a wonderful work environment. I'll be coming back for my morning coffee, often.The picture us a Sticky note board that kept me thoroughly entertained while I enjoyed my breakfast and coffee.Thanks for such a great experience!!
