Always misplaces my mobile order that I place far in advance since they usually are extremely busy and I always end up waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my orders. I prefer to drive to other locations to avoid coming to this one that is less than half a mile from my house.
I've never had a bad visit at this store. Sure my orders can be delayed or prepared incorrectly, but I never received a poor response for a revised drink and I usually try to order ahead to prevent the stress of being in a hurry. The only real "complaint" (should you call it one) is that they rarely have any of the newer mugs in stock. I usually have to drive a ways away or to the grocery store Starbucks locations for a variety.
Never open when they say they are and they never update their hours online or on the phone, so you don't get to find out they're closed until you drive there. And if you live 10mins away like I do, you get annoyed after the 10th+ time it happens.
Is my first time at this location cashier was friendly had a nice small talk. The atmosphere was cozy.

Came in on Friday 10/29 and I was greeted by the baristas immediately. I was having a particularly difficult day but Jessica quickly made it better! She was so sweet and suggested I got vanilla foam on top of my matcha w/ vanilla and it tastes AMAZING.
Dammm there food was soooo bomb best bolgogi I've ever had. It was a 45 min drive and worth every second. Cool fun atmosphere. Great quality meats and sides. Will absolutely be going back and they have beer towers what more could u want
I always go there with my coworkers and lately they have been dropping the ball. But today they really messed up I asked for a venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and it had not oat milk it was straight espresso I asked the barista if it had oat milk and the sweet cream cold foam and she said yes (in an annoyed voice) but it didn't have any to bad that I noticed when I got to work WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION I rather drive a bit farther but have what I ordered and paid 8.75 for .
