Tried the cilantro bowl with impossible protein, it was great! Great service, wait time was understandable.
That kid Tommy made my day by being so polite. Food was excellent 10/10 would go again when craving for something that taste fresh
Mexican food is always good, Mexican sea food? Always great. Impossible to mess up.Rubio’s has always been a great spot in corona, and with Covid wiping out staff in droves, the staff that are able to work are often over worked.I went in for some fish tacos after a lazy Sunday and found the staff in ghost mode.Just heads down work work work. There was no time for them to just take a breath. And with only 4 people running the whole place, I was impressed it hadn’t fallen apart.The quality of the food did not falter one bit, these people take pride in their work and it shows.I forgot to take pictures of my food, it was so good I just devoured it.Sky was upfront at the counter and working in the kitchen, she was flying all over the place. You could tell she was given more than she signed up for.All in all 10/10 Rubio’s is always good, 5 stars for the staff that’s taking on the weight of a whole restaurant.
Rubios is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always amazing, and I've always received service with a smile. 12/10 would recommend
Rubios is always good food but its obvious they are struggling to find good help. The service is SO slow and with an attitude and incomitance. Only go if you have lots of time and patients.
Good food quick service. A little short staffed so a few minor mistakes but overall good and will be back. A great healthy option for a quick meal.
I hope I don't get sick I just had a california bowl blacken salmon. The salmon tasted weird and the lettuce look rotten. I was served in a paper plate. Got the wrong salsas on my bowl. I never mind dining here but the quality and price don't match. The table and floors are always dirty. Unfortunately I am ok with this being my last time at Rubios.
Rubio's is not what is used to be when it was Rubio's fresh Mexican grill it has kept basically the same recipes but the quality has dramatically dropped ordered a shrimp burrito and it seemed like I ordered a brc it it has happened frequently Everytime I eat at Rubio's doesn't matter what location I eat at
Good food but could be a pit pricey if your buying for the family.
I love Rubio's, it reminds me so much of Baja California food, decent food, I recommend it.
