Food was good, server was good when she come to the table. Host needs to learn his job a little better. When asked for a booth and there were plenty available, don't try to sit at the 2 worst booths. I am aware of server issues. My husband works in a restaurant and the last thing I want is to sit next to the kitchen and have him watch them work and critique.
Decent food and friendly staff
Extremely expensive and horrible indoor experience. There were ants everywhere, even on our table and plates, we moved to a new booth where the top was stained. Bread and oil didn't taste good, extremely herby, oil tasted old. Food was okay at best, there was a small black object that I hope wasn't an ant embedded in my ice, lemonade tasted weak and flavorless. Chicken tasted strange, plates and glasses were chipped. Server was great but the manager should be more careful about what gets sent out.
The service was very inconsistent. We were ignored after being seated and had to flag down the hostess to get the server to come to the table. Then the server was only half listening. Once we placed our order we were rushed, with the entree coming almost immediately after she brought the salad. No salt or pepper on the table. Food was just ok. Ordered a latte after dinner but the espresso machine was broken. No draft beer. Birthday celebration for my wife and we let the restaurant know but got nothing. Which is fine but not even a happy birthday to her.
The Chicken Parmesan was disappointing. It was dried out and had lots of grizzle. Very little sauce and was not hot when served. The business would not accept a Macaroni Grill gift card. The card was valid when I called the number on the back of card with a balance of $40.00. The manager said my card was not valid per the restaurants billing machine. I will be in touch with the business corporate office to get a refund for the card.
Not what it use to be, food prep was not the best like before. $2.00 charge added to each bill makes you feel the restaurant is suffering. Itâs not a happy feeling restaurant anymore. We wonât go there again.

The food was really good but my only complaint would be we didnât get out appetizer until we were practically done with our meal. They did take it off the bill which was nice.
