This place has to be the worst Popeyes in California. I have given them numerous chances to redeem themselves and they continue to let me down. One occurrence I stood in their lobby in line waiting to have my order taken for 20 minutes. The manager just stood in the kitchen ignoring me and another customer. I tried to not be a jerk and coughed a few times but they made no attempt to help me or the other customer. After 20 minutes I walked out. Garbage service and horrible management. Another occurrence I came during lunch which was clearly a terrible idea. I spent 45 minutes in the drive thru from when I placed my order to actually leaving with my food. Today was the icing on the cake. I asked for unsweetened tea and was given sweet tea without ice, my order was cold, and no condiments no spoons and no napkins were given. Chicken tenders without any sauce.... what kind of psychopath do they think I am? Clearly not that type. Bottom line is the orders are always wrong, the employees don't care because the manager doesn't care. Fire the manager and start fresh.
So me and my mom went to go to get something to eat, which we havent been here for a while. The one worker that deserves to get fired, martha, was having such a rude attitude with us. She was not speaking clearly to us and raised her voice in an annoyed tone when we couldn’t understand. They also have nothing in stock. Gave us three bbq packets for 6 pieces of chicken and a sandwich. She also seemed prejudice against us, getting very impatient for no reason but that could be something else. Someone higher up needs to review this place. Out of all of the places ive been to with all my experience, this has had the worse service of all.
Combo's plate are way too expensive for what get I got 2 smallest pieces chicken for over 12.00 with 2 sides and drink. I think for that price they should give some bigger pieces of chicken not going back there many more places I can go and get bigger pieces of chicken.
Personally i love Popeyes but i didnt like that this paticular location only had drive through open. I would have perfered dine in but the inside smelled really bad as well. Bathrooms were clean though.
Came here to pick up a delivery. Line was very slow moving the order was not ready despite being in line for 30 minutes, there was no communication with staff between eachother and after waiting a long time at the window another person was not informed what I was waiting on and put the wait even longer so she could find the order I already informed them of. I recognize this is not directly the fault of the staff as they are working with the circumstances they were given. This is a criticism to upper management for allowing deliveries to continue being placed despite not having the means to complete the orders in an effective timely manner
By far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to, I have no idea why they haven’t shut this place down already. Staff are extremely rude and rushing you to order your food. The manager Amber is extremely rude will never go to this Popeyes again nor will I ever recommend Popeyes to anyone. Stay away from this Popeyes save yourself a trip to this place.if I could I would give this place negative stars
I love Popeyes! You know what you're getting. But this location has horrible service. The dining room is never open and the drive-through line is so long. 20-30min wait in the past 3 visits. I'm sure it's staffing issues.
I ordered the tackle box that was posted at 7.00 on the menu. An associate name Antwan took my order and proceeded to argue with me about the price, as he stated that the price was 7.99. He was rude and refused to remedy the issue. A manager came over and told a lie about the price saying it was 7.00 and the extra .99 was for taxes, yet when I got my receipt the price was still 7.99 and I was also charged taxes. The issue is not the .99, but the lack of customer service that was displayed. It is unfortunate that people like this work in customer service and although this location is closest to my home I will instead frequent the location in Norco, if I choose return to Popeyes at all.
Is popeyes just universally terrible, I went to this location because of a very negative past experience at the one located on hammer.... im going to keep this short and to the point.... never have I been served burnt Mac n Cheese, the Mashpotatoes and gravy ,(especially the gravy which is not sperated) made me want to vomit. The $6.99 popcorn chicken was approximately 12 pieces and had a total weight of 2.3oz. I literally weighed it because it was comical how little the gave, while using such a large box. 8pc box contained no drumsticks but did have 5 wings. They forgot my spicy chicken sandwich, was fortunately I caught while still at the window. I repeated 3 times spicy chicken l, on receipt it did spicy chicken. Was asked to pull forward and wait on the side, lady came out hauling trash, asked what I was waiting for. Told her spicy chicken sandwich, to which she replied just a chicken sandwich, I than said, no a spicy chicken sandwich. She then said ok hold on I'll check on it.... 30 seconds later she hands me a bag, and provides me with, which I found out later, a regular chicken sandwich. This literally has been my fourth attempt in a 2 and half year period trying to order a spicy chicken sandwich. I'm done with this franchise forever.... food is disgusting and over priced for the quality and quantity.
