My pizza was stuck in the box lid. Pure comedy. Disapointly Gross. I have pictures. Dough was a bit gooey on both pan pizzas too.UPDATE: Veronica contacted me right away. PH wants to fix the problem and gave me a store credit for my next order. I really appreciate the kind return. Thank you!!
App said pickup was ready. In reality I needed to wait an additional 20 minutes.At least the pizza itself was decent.

The experience would have been a StronglyAgree but my this crust pizza was over cooked to the point where the crust was literally like a cracker. I usually get my pizza fix from you guys but I’m sure it was someone’s off night. It’s not going to deter me from continuing to order from you though.
My order was delivered on time, food was great, and the delivery person was kind and friendly.
I ordered two pizzas and bread sticks. Both pizzas are made wrong. I called the store and they did offer to remake the pizza, but I asked for a refund instead. I was not happy about having to wait and go back again
Ordered pizza through points, I called to cancel order soon as it went through, no one had replied at location when attempting to call for a hour, no one had called me back even to notify that there was a pizza for me there, pizza hut just refunded the points i spent with no other compensation. seemed like a poorly managed location with no customer satisfaction replies or actions from corporate.
Pizza was cold and the drinks were warm. Usually a good experience ,next time I will just pick up order.

On the site it suggests contactless curbside. But when you get to the store there is no way to let them know you are there. When I called the provided phone number it went to an office call center who told me it would be right out. It was already the scheduled pick up time. I waited 25 minutes and nothing still. I was parked out front and there were several times when there were no customers in the store. I finally went in and my pizza had been in the holding box the whole time. The guy at the counter said they were shortstaffed although he was doing nothing several times as I watched from my car. I was on time to pick up but an hour late getting with dinner. If you are going to push curb pick up then you need to actually do it!
