We ordered online and it was said the pizza was gonna be ready by 12:15 we did get there a little before but there was only 2 people behind the counter. They were have having a problem.with the dough but its 12:45 and still waitin . when we asked for a free drink for the wait the GIRL. Behind the counter gave attitude and said it wasnt their fault and that we were early. We come here alot and order online now im going to question coming here. Why are there inly 2 workers on a weekend rush. Wheres the owner in these situations or the manager? Shouldnt they be here to fill in?
Hate to leave a negative review and don't get me wrong the food is great. But yesterday I went brought my family and we walked in to a pretty young staff that have obviously not been trained on customer service or is this or pretty much anything. We walked in and they didn't even acknowledge us and they were standing right in front of us doing to go orders for 10 minutes. Not even hello not even welcome we will be right with you nothing they acted like we were invisible. After waiting I finally said hello and they said we will be with you when we are done. I wanted to walk out right then but my kids really wanted to eat so so we waited they took our order they didn't put the Buffalo sauce on my daughter's pizza and we went back and asked and they said we are making other pizzas please wait. Keep in mind there is nobody else in there. We waited for 5 minutes I went back and said just give me the sauce I'll put it on myself. Then we watched them continuously just ignore people that were standing in there waiting and I don't think I will ever return to this place obviously these younger people don't have any idea or not have been properly trained about customer service.
Love this pizza place affordable & you can make it your way just like a buffet ?
They didn't have half of the toppings I wanted, which normally wouldn't be a big deal. But they were incredibly sparse with the toppings they did have. My pizza was more cheese than toppings. Cool, thanks for that overcharge
Strange staff!!! walk in no one in line ready to order no one acknowledged me standing there for ten minute young just stare at me and the young man never look up to busy making crust even though I said hello this place was such I nice spot when it first open staff was very attentive and polite ask for barbecue pizza he look at me like I was crazy had to instruct hin on how to make .
Maybe they should teach the girl in red to be polite if she don't like her job quit. Being rude an talking to customers with attitude is not appreciated would not recommend this place. You got cameras she's only 1 in red right now.
Nice spot for fresh pizza. Justin (young guy) is soooo awesome, love the way he made my pizza. So gentle and with love! Definitely recommend this place only if Justin is on duty?
This pieology place really sucks. Associates are the rudest. Refused to refund me my money for serving me a burnt pizza. Lied that I told the associate that I don’t want my receipt and just told me that the manager is not here and I cannot give refunds. They did not even give an apology that the pizza is burnt but put their own ego in the way. Threatened that she would call the cops and they have the right to refuse service just because I was adamant to get my receipt and refund. What about my rights as a customer, I at least deserve a well made pizza for the money I paid. Bizzare.
It’s always nice to see the underwear of the worker making your pizza. Specially when you have funny stuff to read while you wait. This guys underwear read “I FEEL YOU” with hundred bananas covered on them. Well IDK about others, but I came to see pizzas, not bananas. Good luck pieology!!! My favorite spot just changed locations.food was all mixed up, sauces had other food in it. Gross!
I love pieology please don’t judge this one against all. Took 35 minutes just to order with only 3 people in front of us. They had almost none of the usual vegetable toppings. Tables were all dirty and sticky. I would never eat at this place again.
