Update: they literally never have chow mein and fill up their tiny parking lot. They rudely ask, "want to wait?" When you try and order but of course they're out of it. I mean, make more.They'll fill their parking lot up with people waiting for their food, each for 20-30 minutes. It seems always to be a staffing issue. That and apparently cannot be prepared for dinner rush. The food is usually decent but logistically that parking lot can be a nightmare. 1.5 stars
Don't waste your time. They make sure your order comes out wrong and almost feels like they weigh your plates. This location is literal trash wish I could give them 0 stars.
Orange chicken - Panda still has the best. What is their secret? But you never know whether you'll get hot, fresh food or stale, non tasty, hard food. Portions are always small. Staff not very friendly - feels like they are rushing you. Missing fortune cookie.Drive thru can be a very long wait!
Always feel rushed at drive thru. Always a fight if I ask for the packets of hot chili sauce or soy sauce. Container not usually full of food or they accidentally fill the bottom of the main course area with rice first. Also if they over charge you and you don't catch it before you pay they won't refund your money, they will only give you more food instead of your money back. This location is terrible.
I don’t write bad reviews or complain ever but I’m so disappointed, the food quality is disgusting! I order a two entree, the noodles look like they are two days old and my honey shrimp is nothing but soggy breading. And the shrimp smells nasty! I love Panda Express but this location is not it!!!!
I wish I could give this place no stars. The server was rude and apparently they cant make a bowl with no entree. Literally such a simple order. But the service here at this specific location is always so bad. Theres also never a time where they get my order right and its so aggravating. Do better. I DO NOT recommend coming here. Crystal S was very rude. Definitely don’t recommend. continue with caution.
This place is a disappointment, food quality is so horrible, chow mein was old and smelled so disgusting. Food seems to be just sitting there for hrs. Don’t get me started on the service team there all rude and terrible attitude. Keep it up y’all are just gonna keep losing customers, never coming back.
So this is the only Panda with a drive thru. Last night I went and the line was LONG. The staff works so well, that I was in and out in 20 minutes. They kept all the cars moving in and out. Food was nice and fresh as usual.
They were ok, but they now serve garbage. The good news is the servings are small so you don't waste too much when you throw it away. Ex, I ordered a double of beef and broccoli. There were 3 pieces of beef. Just 3. BYE BYE PANDA.
I'm not sure what is happening with Panda Express but as a frequent guest, I see this place declining with food quality, food portions and service. Each time seems a little less thrilling. The last time I wanted Chinese food I went looking for somewhere different. I'd rather find somewhere new.
