This McDonald's is literally a hit or a miss. No matter what it is a 50% chance it will be good 50% it will just completely suck.I also want to put out there that im 40yrs old and Ive been going here since I was 18yrs old. I would have to say it was really good every time, but the past 15yrs its been 50/50.
Customer service from both subordinates and management was a bit surprising given that they’re supposed to strive for outstanding customer service. That motto didn’t seem to exist at this particular location. Donna the manager was just as bad as the young lady who I spoke too. Whatever happened to standards. Anyways if your reading this it’ll most likely won’t bother you and you’ll still end up going to this particular restaurant anyways, regardless of my review. This was just my personal experience.And nah, I’m not loving it. Lol ?
I was not too happy about the late-night card excuse and I had to use cash. The food was great but I felt like I was bothering the staff.
Mom really likes the strawberry banana smoothie. We don't eat the food , they used to have salads. But the beverages are good and quick.
Believe it or not, this was the first visit to McDonald's since 2010! Ordered two Big Macs and two quarter pounders for my mom and I and had a heart palpitation when the total came to over $24! When I was a kid, Friday night was McDonald's night and we'd have two burgers a piece plus fries and a coke and get change back from the $5 dollar bill they were handed! But you know what, I thought it was still pretty damn tasty!
Line hanging out the street and they never seem to open the other lane . What was it built for then ? Decorations ?1/31 they don’t honor mobile coupon when there system is down . Manager doesn’t even try to help she just shuts u down . Short female on the heavy side works their in the morning . Always a bad experience with this McDonald . Why do I go ?cause it’s the closest one . You’re better off at Wendy’s across the street . Faster and has better customer service
Purchased 2 double hamburgers with no cheese, before I left drive thru, I checked them and they had cheese. I handed them back and waited for correction. I checked them and there was no cheese. Went home, rechecked them and patties were burnt. I returned them next day for a refund.
Worst customer service. Stood in line for my order which there was no line or counter person, anyone could have walked in and took my food since no one was at the front counter or even checking who was coming in. Then after confirming my order with a lady who was the only one rushing to do things while the rest of the crew just ignored me or looked at me then walked away and one guy cracking jokes and not even doing any work while the rest was cooking or pulling orders, I finally gave up and left.
The drive thru is really a big problem, first the automatic machine answers then a real customer service take the call and suddenly a new one answer you to take the order and you have to start over...Beside all these issues, the workers all horrible im taking orders. They are not trained enough..The owner must do something,, a lot of people hates this place... I know they have traffic all the time but trust me the drop happens in days not even weeks.
I was here the other day and overheard an argument. A customer had thrown coffee at am employee and at first they were refusing him service, but they gave in because they didn’t want him to cause a scene. The management should be ashamed of themselves. I would never let a customer assault an employee and get away with it. That manager should be fired for being so spineless.
