Slow service.Drive thru line was 10 cars deep. Walked in and order small coffee. 10 minutes later got coffee ready in my hand minus the sugar and creamer.Had to wait for nice cashier to go back of the store for sugar/creamer.There where customer around me annoyed with the long wait time. Floor manger was super busy and did not acknowledge the irritated customer in the lobby.Machine order kiosk was down.Place is very clean and maybe shorted staff. Made coffee pit stop on a Sunday around 10am.

Obviously a franchise where upper management doesn’t QA the food and cares more about service times and food cost. Chicken was fried in old oil and way past it’s hold time, and the fries were saltier then a margarita glass rim. My 2 year old wouldn’t eat them. Service was fantastic though and the workers were amazingly friendly, and I’m sure they’re trying their best under management constraints.

It was McDonalds... Starting a road trip and needed easy food in the car. Seen at multiple locations but will never understand why you have 2 drive thru lanes but only use 1

Sad but not just this location. Whatever you go same situation. Missing food, wrong food. Beg for ketchup. Etc. It is great food but to many issues!!!

This post is for McDonald's itself I don't like their breakfast. So when I go there I have to wait till after 10:00 to 11:00 to get a hamburger. I end up going somewhere else most of the time. I'm not a McDonald's breakfast person. Sorry

McDonald's food tastes like it's genetic now so I don't go there a lot

Nice quick stop at McDonald's. Ordered a Big Mac combo meal. Came out hot and fresh in less than 4 minutes. I would return again.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in California. Your food is always cold never hot along with the famous unsalted fries. Had a Dasher waiting for my order for over 15 minutes just to get the same old cold food. I literally live two minutes driving from this place. Idgi

location is awful the manager gas lights the homeless people to the younger workers in the establishment and repeatedly has thrown food at the homeless people surrounding the parking lot even though they have money to pay she refuses to allow them in at any given time and has also threatened to have them arrested for trespassing. The homeless persons have also had issues even if theyve ordered online and paid in full using the appAfter contacting Mc Donalds corporate office and spoken with Rosanna's upper management team the corporation is not addressing the inhumane actions of their payroll and the homeless persons in the local area are said to be filing for damages through the BBB if the Manager Rosanna isnt reprimanded for the discrimination, gas lighting, false police reports and arrests. This wont be good for McDonald's Profit /loss statements moving forward and will only create a more hostile work environment for their youth crew members. Rosanna was also very demanding and used demeaning dialogue as well to her crew members.
