The food is good and made to order. Beware this restaurant is a lot pricier than other India food restaurants around Corona CA. I ordered a 1 item combo (no drink included) and a side of Samosas and I was charged $21. I have never paid over $12 at any other Indian restaurant for the same items. If you're on a budget I would not recommend.
Great customer experience and absolutely phenomenal food!!! The dishes were delicious, I had the garlic naan along with the chicken biryani and seekh kebab and it was all so delicious. Not too oily yet not bland at all, it was absolutely perfect!! You need to go to here.

On our drive to Bay area we had lunch here. It's great place to have Indian food. We were very much satisfied with quality and quantity both. We ordered Karahi chicken , goat biryani in mains. The plain roti and Chai were too good. I wished to had garlic Naan, as some customer was praising it a lot but we were almost full ?. Gajar halwa was okay, not that great. The Chef and other staff were really great at service. Overall it's good dining and value for money.
Wow, I have been searching for the real deal and this place was it. The chef and another employee made my experience at Mahal an amazing one. The Tikka Masala had the right anoint of spice and wasn’t sweet like most I’ve had. I then saw the Chicken Biryani and had to order it to just try it, knowing I was going to take it home. Soo good. This is definitely a diamond in the rough, and I suggest you give it a shot. You will not be disappointed!
Top notch Indian food served here. North Indian cuisine made fresh to order. Worth the wait. The chicken biryani is on point. The Gobiamchurian is also fresh to order. We had Chicken Kairahi which had a wonderful sauce with ginger and scallions. The hot and sour soup was incredible. Chai is only .99 cents. Prices are so low and food is halal that is also incredible. The dinners are all in less than 9.99. You will not find a better deal anywhere. The place itself is unappealing so do not be fooled because the food is the best part of this dining experience.
This restaurant serves superb food at a very good price range. All the menu items are lip smacking and delicious. The owner is a very humble person with an amazing chef. Most recommended for the best Indian food at Corona.
