They r rude. They take forever. They tell u a time u wait n get mad when u ask when it's ready
Very bad service i order a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese light on the sauce instead i got light pepperoni light cheese i called them never anwser the phone worse experience i got from this place
This little Ceasars is nice if you like waiting a minimum of 20 minutes or more longer than the estimated ready time. Idk what those employees do In the back but this place is unorganized as it gets. Ten customers in the lobby waiting on their orders and the answer from the register is just wait another 10 or 15 minutes. ???
On 3 separate occasions I've placed orders online for pick up at a certain time with at least 45 minutes before showing up to pick them up. Every time I've had to wait a Additional 20 minutes minmuim. Freaking ridiculous
today it was a long line waiting
Not planning on returning to this location, ordered online waited 45min for order and when arriving home to open container the Italian Cheese Bread was burnt, to hard to eat. Tried calling since 4:30pm - 9:00pm to try to get another one or credit no one answers the phone.
Ordered a cheese bread \\u0026 a crazy sauce online half an hour before picking it up so it would be ready on time, I show up \\u0026 there’s around 2 customers that still haven’t been helped \\u0026 it takes another half hour to get my bread out \\u0026 they still didn’t give me the sauce…took another 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back .. by that time I only had 15 minutes of my hour lunch left
I ordered at 640pm and the app said it would be ready at 730pm the pizza wasn't ready until 755pm. Another guy there ordered 10 pizzas at 4pm and his order wasn't ready at 730pm either.
we ordered a mushroom pizza and it took like 20 minutes to get to us which is perfectly fine but they gave us like 2 mushrooms per pizza and there were roaches roaming around the floor.
The service is alright. It's pretty slow but I don't mind as it's understandable. The reason I took 2 stars off was the pizza quality. It was flat compared to other places but it still tasted good. For the price of the pizza, it's not that bad. Although this isn't my favorite pizza place, I do enjoy the prices. ??
