Worst KFC I have ever been in my life! May 20th night crew could not figure out how to get food out. I ordered a 12 piece family meal with three large sides and crispy chicken. when I received it there was original and crispy, the original was the bottom of the barrel, the skin was not even on it it looked honorable. our sides were literally only filled up half I had four boys to feed by the time I got home I notice my horrible disgusting looking chicken and half of the sides. They took my money and they ruined the night! The phone to KFC was off the hook I tried calling and it never rang just a busy single
I came to complain but now I see how low the reviews are I now understand. Stores hours say 11pm. Hours are speaker say 11pm. But when you pull up 1030pm no answer and everyone hiding in the back like I ain't see em. It was my first time coming to this location but since I never even go serviced I won't be coming back. What a joke. Management needs to do somthing.
Went through the drive-thru and was pretty quick. They don't offer the grilled chicken at this location. The chicken we got must have been sitting for awhile, it was dried out and didn't taste good. Don't think we'll be visiting again.
The drive thru was quick. I was so excited for my meal, but it was cold by the time I found a fork. I got an unknown large piece of round chicken… still with feathers, fried of course, and needless to say my appetite seemed to just disappear. I’m so grossed out.
If I could give zero stars I would after waiting in the drive thru forever they mess up my order had none of my sides and the chicken was cold. I tried to call to complain to no avail they never answered, HORRIBLE customer service and never returning to this store.
Honestly most kfc are below average, this one when compared to others are a lot better, fast output, food is fresh, and clean. I won't ask too much since it's so hard to hire ppl right now
Food is good drive thru is fast everything in the order was correct
I love KFC. My food was fresh. But when we parked up to eat my Wife's cookie was missing and we had no utensils to eat with. So double check your order before leaving ?

Let's just say I am not recognizing the KFC that was great and iconic. No one seem to care about customers waiting at the counter, they gave me the wrong item... and the dining area can speak for itself - see photos. I tried my best to finish my dinner - the sticky table really got to me i had to clean it myself then leave. *sigh* Is this a corporate-owned or franchise store? Either way, i am shaking my head on what I came across.
