Wow. Good luck here. I immediately had to go to the bathroom but I thought it was because I drench my chicken in Tabasco. NOPE. The wife and I have been on the toilet for 2 hours following these meals. Not sure what the issue is but beware. I had leftovers the next day and my stomach immediately knew to get close to a toilet. Food was good though bu I HAVE to question the serve by dates. Guessing they kept the chicken at more than room temp. Don't go here!!!!
Ordered a 8 piece tenders meal tonight. Tenders were almost as tough as jerky. Very disappointed in the product I received tonight..?
This place sucks . They always run out of menu items ,and the pieces of chicken they give you are trash. For the amount of money you pay , you would expect better quality.
This place is Trash. I've been here 3 different times and all 3 times they say the wait time for chicken is 10 to 15mn. The place is almost empty. I don't get it. ?♂️?♂️
Bad service from all employees ,not trained properly,and I guess their chk sandwich take tooo long for them to cook so order something else,make sure your food is fresh and ben sitting around for our cold and soggy.Where is higher management to take care of this messI'm going to popeyes from now onGood bye.
Never hangs anything past 730 here.Lazy workers never wanna cook up more here. Go to other chains elsewhere in the area.
I visited this location to purchase a bucket of crispy chicken at 8:00 pm. I ask do have crispy the the lady said she only 3 pcs. I needed a bucket to feed my family. I ask how long would it take to cook more. Then she said we will not cook anymore because it takes to long to clean the machine. So I said om here 2 hours before you close she said it doesn't matter. Ridiculous and this was the Manager.
This place is horrible. Food is cold. They do not complete one's order. Always check your bags. On top of that they are extremely slow. Check your receipt as well because you will be over charged. Play it safe and head across the street to Superior Grocery store. Chicken is so much better there.
Just went through the drive thru and my cup was covered with soda and soda in the bag with the chicken. I am diabetic and ordered diet soda and got a sugar filled regular soda.
It was some of the worst prepared food I have ever eaten DO NOT EAT AT ESTABLISHMENT
